Carole Lienhart Weissensee

After high school graduation I started to work at the NY Telephone Company in Scarsdale and White Plains. I worked there for 5 years until I resigned after I married my wonderful husband, Robert. We had 4 children - Lisa, Paul, Ruth and Ellen. When my youngest began school, I went back to college and earned my RN degree. I worked at Nyack Hospital for nearly 25 years and retired in 2001. In 2002 after 40 years of marriage, my husband Bob passed away suddenly.

Despite the ups and downs in my life, I feel very blessed for my family and friends. All my children are happily married and have great spouses. My 4 children have bachelor degrees and two of them also earned master degrees. They all have their own houses and live in Pawley's Island, SC, Andover, NJ and Stony Point and West Nyack, NY. They have given me 4 grandsons and 1 granddaughter with 2 more on the way.

I recently returned to the singles scene. I am enjoying retirement and all the new friends I've made.
