I find it hard to believe that 50 years have gone by. It seems like yesterday I was walking around the corner from my house to A.B. Davis. I have been married for 40 years with a son and daughter and five adorable grandchildren. Today I’m working part time as a medical Administrator for a religious group. My greatest joy is spending time and doing things with the grandchildren. We have a beach house in Connecticut where they spend the summers with us. I’m close enough to Mount Vernon to see all the changes that have taken place in 50 years. Recently they erected the circle back near Hartley Park. It’s adorned with fountains, lights and music. It’s a showplace. I’m looking forward to the reunion and seeing my former classmates.
